manufacturer and lighting environment you're in. For this reason, we cannot
honor our satisfaction guarantee on colors for those who did not previously
order color samples. Due to the variances in the wood's natural color, grain,
etc. each dye lot will vary for any of the stained wood products. These
variances are minimal, but there is no way to assure the exact color of
stained wood blinds. If you are ordering multiple blinds we strongly recommend
that you order all of them at the same time to ensure they come from the same
dye lot and will match one another. Sample colors may also vary slightly as
our samples may come from different dye lots than the blinds you receive.

standard specifications, by Goblinds.com are warranted to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for as long as the original owner, listed on the
receipt, owns the product. Shipping, packaging, and handling charges to our
facility are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty work must be
pre-authorized by Goblinds.com prior to shipping. Additionally, this warranty
does not cover any conditions resulting from abuse, accidents, alterations,
misuse, normal wear and tear, color change that occurs with the passage of
time , water, salt, chemicals, or exposure, to sunlight. Slats close to
industry standards. This warranty information is subject to change without
notification as deemed necessary by Goblinds.com.

Ordering Errors:
All of the Window Treatments we offer are considered specialty fabricated goods
(custom made) and manufactured based on the information you provide. It is very
important for that reason, that you review and follow the instructions covered
in "How to Measure Blinds" and "How to Install Blinds". If you follow the
instructions covered in "How to Measure" and "How to Install" we guarantee your Window Treatment will fit your window, within the manufacture's and industry
standards.
It is equally important that you review your Window Treatment order confirmation to assure there
are no errors. We also know that everyone makes mistakes, even the pros. If we
make a mistake on your Window Treatment order we will either repair or remake it at no charge. If
you make a mistake in measuring or ordering please contact us. Depending on the
type of error, you may return the Window Treatment to the factory for alteration or we
will have it remade at a discount.

Shipping

Shipping claims and freight damage:
You should inspect the as
soon as it arrives and note in writing any signs of damaged or missing items
with the freight company at the time of a delivery. If there is a need to file
a claim, save all of your boxes and packaging as the freight company will need
these things for an inspection.
We must
be notified immediately of any damaged or missing terms and the tracking
number assicated with the related boxes. We will have the shipping company
contact you to set up a time for inspection. Go blinds.com cannot be
responsible in any way for missing or damaged items due to fault from the
shipping company. Damage/ missing items will be replaced once the claim is

Expressed Shipping Services:
Express Shipping is a service upgrade available through most shipping
companies at an additional charge. Most shipping companies offer a number of
choices ranging from "Next Day" to "Two Day" guaranteed delivery. The cost
of Express Shipping will vary depending on the size of your package, the
width of your package, the weight of your package and the final shipping
destination.
If you require Express Shipping service, please notify our customer service
department at the time of ordering, to assist you in making sure that your
order is properly tagged and the appropriate shipping charge applied.

Oversized Packages:
All orders of Window Treatments over 86" in width will be considered
oversized and result in an additional freight charge. Various Window
Treatments have
maximum width specifications. The maximum width specification is intended to
ensure that you receive the best possible performance from your Window
Treatment.
If your ordered width exceeds the manufacturer's recommended maximum width
for the Window Treatment you would like to order, please contact our customer service
help line for recommendations. We do not recommend multiple blinds on one
Headrail over 86" in width. We will manufacture multiple Window
Treatments on one headrail upon request. It is our recommendation however,
that wider openings be treated with multiple individual Window Treatment
butted together to fit the opening.
Window Treatments ordered wider than manufacturer's recommended maximum
width will not be warranted against potential freight damage, which may
occur during shipping. All cost associated with freight damage are the sole
responsibility of the consumer and must be resolved directly through the
freight carrier.

Shipping Delays:
Most orders will ship within one day following completion of production.
Most packages will be shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS. Packages are normally
received within two (2) days following shipping. There is no way to predict
exact shipping dates and/or arrival times. Express Services are available
through various shippers, which can guarantee exact delivery times and/or
dates for an additional fee.
Oversized Packages may be shipped via ground freight to reduce shipping
cost. Some shipping delays may occasional occur as a result of inclimate
weather beyond the control of the manufacturer or its shipper.

Goblinds.com Gaurantee:
GoBlinds.com offers a 30-day
satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with
your order, let us know and we'll make it right. We know that your window
covering project is a significant investment, therefore we recommend your
first order be for only one blind or shade so you can judge for yourself the
quality and workmanship of our products. For this reason, we can only offer
our satisfaction guarantee on the first blind or shade ordered. Additionally,
as color selection is very important, we require you to order free samples
of our products in order to utilize our satisfaction guarantee. This will
enable you to confirm color selection as well as quality.
What is covered:
All products are
warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
Who is covered:
This warranty
extends only to you as the original purchaser, in a residential application.
What is not
covered:
This warranty does
not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse
or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long
exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics
tend to crack. All cords will eventually wear out. We consider these things
normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty. Colors may vary from lot to
lot and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous purchases.
For How Long:
This warranty
coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer at retail owns the
products. Any implied warranties which you may have are in duration to the time
during which you, as the original buyer at retail own our products. Some states
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts.What We Will Do:
If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option,
either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be
your sole remedy under this warranty.No Liability for Incidental or
Consequential Damages: Repair or replacement of defective products are your sole
remedy under this warranty and incidental in no event shall we be liable for
transportation costs to or from the dealer, costs of removal or reinstallation
of our products or incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or
exclusion may not be applied to you.
Your rights under

This warranty
gives you the specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which may
vary from state to state.

The GoBlinds.com wishes you many years of worry free use from your Window Treatments. However, should you have a problem that requires warranty

the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) or product as quickly as
possible.
All the Window Treatments we sell are covered by a manufacture's Limited
Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Certain
conditions apply to your warranty. The manufacturer warrants that all
Window Treatments will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, given
normal use and provided that your Window Treatment was placed in accordance with our
instructions regarding "How to Measure" and "How to Install". The product
for which warranty service is being requested must have been installed into
the window for which it was ordered. The manufacture's recommendations
regarding size limitation and specifications must have been followed.
This warranty will not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse,
accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements,
including but not limited to exposure to salty air, humidity, discoloration
due to sunlight or the passage of time is not covered by this warranty.
Slat material used in Blinds may contain variations in grain and texture and
could appear randomly. Slight variations in color, as well as minimal
warping may also occur. These are all naturally occurring tendencies when
dealing with PVC and/or wood products and are considered acceptable. Window Coverings returned for the above mentioned reasons are considered not
warranted. In the event that a defect covered under this warranty does
require service, the manufacturer reserves the right to repair, replace or
refund the cost of the defective product, at its discretion.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities
or warranties. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable or responsible
for incidental or consequential damage, such as, but not limited to, product
removal, product remeasure, product reinstallation, product transportation
from the window to the manufacture or for any other direct or indirect
damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may
not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights
that vary from state to state. No agent, representative, dealer, or
unauthorized employee has the authority to increase or alter the obligation
of this warranty. This lifetime warranty supercedes any previous version.
